Return Policy

NOTE:  All costume sales are FINAL during the month of OCTOBER.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be emailed to draculascloset@jps.net or phoned in to (530) 892-9593, EXT. 37.  A return authorization (RA) number will be issued.  Only those packages with an RA number on the outside of the box will be accepted.  Without that number, the package will be refused.  A copy of your invoice must be included in the package.
Please include the following:
•   Name

•   Invoice Number

•   Reason for return

Requests for an RA# must be made within 5 business days of receiving your items.  After 5 days we cannot honor your request.  Please inspect your items immediately.
If an item is defective, we can replace it with the same or like item.
If the wrong item was sent, we will replace it with the correct one.
If an item does not fit we will send the size you need.  If the item is needed before the other can be returned, you will be charged for the replacement item, and your account will be credited when the first item is returned, as long as it is in good condition.
If you are unhappy with the item, we will take it back, as long as it is in good condition.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED:

•   Makeup
•   Wigs, Beards & Moustaches
•   Eyelashes
•   Jewels for hair, Eyes & Body
NO COSTUME MAY BE RETURNED IF IT HAS BEEN USED!!!

Please send the item insured. Dracula's Closet cannot be held responsible for anything lost in transit.  Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
